I've ordered, now what?

Your pencils will be hand-stamped and packed in around 3-5 days. If you've paid for standard delivery, they will arrive within 3-5 days after posting. Please note Royal Mail 2nd class delivery now only deliver every other weekday and no longer on weekends.

Can I track my order?

If you have ordered standard delivery which is Royal Mail Second class, you can not track your order until it has been delivered. If you would like to track your order, please select an upgraded delivery.

Do you accept returns?

Returns & Exchanges Policy

I want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, I'm here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it, and
  • In its original packaging.

Certain types of items can’t be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalised orders

If your return is accepted I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact me first.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
