Hi, I’m Lisa — welcome to The Pencil Nerd!

I’m based in the North East of England, where I live with my husband and our little boy. After falling in love with fonts and embossing, I realised something unexpected… I’m really passionate about pencils — especially ones with personality.

I started The Pencil Nerd when I discovered how fun it was to create gifts tailored to very specific quirks and interests. People loved them, and before long, The Pencil Nerd was born!

Every pencil is hand-stamped with funny, quirky, or relatable phrases, making it easy to find the perfect match for your hobbies, passions, or sense of humour.

Quality is really important to me. All of my pencils are high-grade and pre-sharpened for smooth, effortless writing. With their blend of function and charm, they make thoughtful gifts for others — or a little treat for yourself.
